“Yandex” followed by “Vkontakte” and Mail.ru closes offices in Ukraine

The Russian company “Yandex” has decided to close its offices in two Ukrainian cities. So, the offices will disappear in Kiev and Odessa.
About it reports “Gromadsky” with reference to Director of public relations Ochir Mandzhikov.
He recalled that the company “Yandex.Ukraine” included in the sanctions list. So she can not actually carry on business in the territory of Ukraine.
“In particular, all company accounts are blocked and we can’t pay staff salaries. So we decided to close the offices in Kiev and Odessa” – said Mandzhikov.
He added that the employees offered to continue working in other offices of Yandex in different countries.
