In Ukraine demand for smart apartments among developers and buyers. Such housing is actively constructed in 2016-2017.

Today, most of buildings have 1-2 smart apartment. Previously built the entire smart blocks. Now there is no such projects, writes Delo.ua.

Unscrupulous developers under the guise of smart apartments sell reconstructed industrial or office building. Owners of such housing and utilities account for the higher rates for businesses.

Sometimes developers remake a two-bedroom housing 3 in the smart apartment. So trying to quickly sell off the built area.

“Minimum area of one-bedroom apartments may not be less than 27 square meters”, – said the Deputy Director of commercial Affairs investment and construction company Olesya, Perczak.

According to developers, the smart apartment is a temporary housing. Buy it for 3-5 years. Often you rent it.

“The cost of a square in an apartment with an area of 37 to 40 square meters in the building below, about 25-30% than in the smart apartment with an area of 27-30 square meters. Due to the difference in area smart apartment is cheaper” – explains Olesya, Percac.

Last year in Kyiv received in operation 902 19 apartments. This is 24.5% lower compared to 2017. While private and state notaries signed 35 352 contracts of sale of apartments, which is 12.6% more than the year before.
