What Ukraine needs to do to win a case against Russia to the court of justice: lawyer
Diplomat and lawyer, former representative of Ukraine to the UN Council on human rights Vladimir Vasilenko believes that the situation for Kiev in court against the Kremlin uncertain.
It is therefore necessary to very carefully prepare all the evidence, in particular regarding the financing by Russia of terrorism. Because the restrictive measures imposed on Moscow, will not affect the final sentence. And the court orders Russia can ignore.
The Ukrainian delegation is necessary to more clearly formulate the position. And most importantly – provide the court with evidence. The Russian side knew about what it weapons, equipment, ammunition, all the rest will be used for terrorist acts”, – said Vladimir Vasilenko.
