The leader of the all-Ukrainian Union “Fatherland” Yulia Tymoshenko has submitted documents to the Central election Commission for registration as a candidate in the presidential elections to be held on March 31.
The politician came to the Central election Commission with his lawyer, Sergei Vlasenko, and, accompanied by party members.
Now the CEC should consider the documents within five days and make a decision on registration of the candidate.
The CEC added that Tymoshenko was already 27 a candidate who applied. Before the Central election Commission refused registration to 9 persons.
