Twisted arms of the Channel: as the controversial “trade Commodity” tried to sell fuel, interior

In addition to the machinations of the Ministry of defence to blame the company “trade Commodity”, she still tried to sell petroleum products and the national police. However, failed.
The story of how the company tried to obtain six lots of tender from the National police on 380 million, said the representative of law enforcement bodies Artem Shevchenko.
According to him, in September of 2017 for the purchase of gasoline A-92, A-95 and diesel fuel in Ukraine has planned to spend 380 million. By results of auction in the electronic system Prozorro the lowest price for all grades of gasoline and diesel fuel proposed limited liability company “trade Commodity”.
“This party has submitted documents procurement procedurc to the scheme previously approved and implemented in several government customers. Its essence is to reduce the time of e-auction prices for gasoline (diesel fuel) to inadequate levels, even well below market price that can not afford other bidders like the famous network providers or OKKO WOG. After conclusion of the contract on the purchase of representatives of the company very quickly (sometimes repeatedly) addressed to the customer requirement to increase prices for supply of petroleum products. This requirement was due to the fact that the current contract price is below market. With the consent of the public authority to increase the cost of gasoline (diesel) and changes in the contract could lead to extremely negative consequences,” – said Artem Shevchenko.
The police, however, rejected the offer of LLC “trade the Commodity” for all lots and did not allow the contracts for the supply of petroleum products.
During September – early October representatives of this firm was twisting the arms of national police used all possible mechanisms to encourage the conclusion of contracts, in particular by blocking the procurement of the appeal results in the Antimonopoly Committee and the like. In the attack – said Artem Shevchenko.
