Treatment of 35 Ukrainian veterans in Croatia has been cancelled due to coronavirus

The spread of coronavirus infection in the world prevented the treatment plans of a group of Ukrainian troops in Croatia.

A group of 35 people had to go to Croatia on Saturday, March 7. However, this visit has already been cancelled. At the same time, the scheduled event can happen later, said the Ambassador of Ukraine Vasily Kirilich, informs TSN.

“Croatian friends of Ukraine left in an asset such possibility”, – assured the Kirilich.

The world health organization following an emergency meeting announced the coronavirus outbreak an emergency situation of international importance. This was an indirect recognition of the fact that to contain the spread of the disease, nor is it local problem becomes global in scope. Among European countries the largest outbreak of coronavirus originated in Italy.
