In late March, labor Minister Maxim Topilin said that the real incomes of Russians in January-February 2017 rose one percent compared to the same period in 2016.
Salaries, he said, grew by 2.3 percent, allowing it to calculate the change tendencies of declining revenues.
According to Rosstat, at the end of 2016 in Russia, there were 19.8 million people whose incomes are below the subsistence level.
