In March of this year, due to greater VAT recovery and postponement of tax payments of income taxes were below last year’s values.
The revenues of the state budget of Ukraine in January-March 2017 made 174,74 billion, or 10.6%, or UAH 16.7 billion, exceeds the performance time schedule, reported the State Treasury service.
According to him, compared to the first quarter last year the revenues increased by 45.58 billion, or 35.3%.
The state Treasury said that in March the budget was 62,69 billion, which is 13.3% of 7.37 billion UAH more than planned.
Including tax revenues in January-March 2017 increased by January-March-2016 34.4% to 91,02 billion, while customs – by 31.6%, to 66,85 billion. A temporary plan for three months of this year were exceeded respectively by 7.9% and 13.7% .
In particular, in March this year due to greater VAT recovery and postponement of tax payments of income taxes were below last year’s value by 13.6% and made up of 28.77 billion, while the customs was recorded an increase by 27.5% to 26.5 billion UAH. The plan of March were exceeded respectively by 7.1% and 16.3%.
The state Treasury said that in the first quarter of this year in the reimbursement of VAT was paid 26,93 billion, which is 21.2% higher than first quarter last year, including in March, the compensation has to 9.92 billion, which is 58.6% more than in March-2016.
Overall the General Fund budget received for Jan-March-2017 162,49 billion, which is 10.6% higher than the planned indicator and by 33.8% than in January-March 2016.
The state Treasury also reported an increase in revenues of local budgets in the first quarter of this year, 36.9% by the first quarter of last year – to 43,63 billion UAH, while in March they increased by only 18.7%% – to 14.63 billion.
Revenues unified social tax (Ust) in March 2017 increased by March-2016 39.5% and amounted to UAH 14.2 bn and three months of ERUs increased by 29.4% – to 38,83 billion.
As reported, the revenues of the state budget of Ukraine in 2017 set at 731,03 billion UAH, including the General Fund – 673,74 billion, respectively by 20.3% and 17.1% higher than the income fixed in the state budget for 2016.
Expenditure budget this year is projected to total 800,03 billion UAH, including the General Fund – 739,71 billion UAH, exceeding the planned expenditures of the state budget-2016 respectively by 17.4% and 14.3%.
