The Russian foreign Ministry outraged workers, the FBI detained Russian citizen

The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia announced the arrest of Russian citizen Dmitry Makarenko in the Northern Mariana Islands. Media reported that the reason of fraud with the means and military products.
