Press Secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said on Tuesday that the choice of the singer Yulia Samoilova as the Russian participants of “Eurovision-2017” there is no provocation. However, he said that the politicization of this contest invalid.

“Anything provocative, we do not see”, – so responded the press Secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, at the request of the journalist to comment on the choice of the singer-disabled Uliii Samoilova, who spoke earlier in the Crimea, as the Russian entry in the “Eurovision-2017”, which will be held in mid-may in Kiev.
Peskov added that it was the choice of the channel,which guides the party and he would not use such words as “provocation”, reports TASS.
Also, the press-Secretary noted that in the Crimea were almost all, and probably no people who would have not been there.
“It’s still international competition and the country-organizer of the contest must follow the rules that this contest is provided”, – said the representative of the Kremlin.
Peskov also said that there’s absolute desire to avoid any politicization of Eurovision.
“We believe this is absolutely unacceptable from the point of view of prospects of development of this international competition,” – said the press Secretary of the Russian leader.
We will remind that earlier it became known that the singer Yulia Samoilova acted in Crimea on 27 June 2015 in the framework of the gala concert of the festival “the World of sport and the good.” Ukraine is regarded as violation of the procedure of crossing the border, as Samoilov has entered the Crimea without permission of Kiev. The adviser to the interior Minister of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko said earlier that Samoilova can be obstacles when traveling to the contest in Kyiv.
Later a press-the Secretary of SBU Elena Gitlyanskaya said that the Agency would study the issue of tolerance Samoilova in Ukraine.
