Real GDP of the neighboring country of Belarus has shown signs of growth despite the war.
Ukraine’s real GDP in the IV quarter of 2018 increased by 3.4% compared to the last quarter of 2017, was informed on 14 February in the State statistics service of Ukraine.
Indicated that compared with the third quarter of 2018, the growth amounted to 1.1%.
According to state statistics, in the first quarter growth was 3.1%, in II – 3,8%, in the third and 2.8%.
According to forecasts of the national Bank of Ukraine, GDP growth in 2018 will amount to 3.4% and in 2019 will slow down to 2.5%.
