The court of the European Union canceled the EU sanctions 2016-2018 against the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and his entourage.
The court of the European Union canceled the EU sanctions on claims of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych and his son Oleksandr, ex-Minister of income and fees Alexander Klimenko, former Prime Minister Sergey Arbuzov, the former Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka and his son Artem Pshonka and ex-head of the presidential administration Andriy Klyuyev, reports “European true”.
The decision concerns the sanctions that the EU Council continued for 2016-2018.

EU sanctions against 12 former Ukrainian officials and their entourage, which was continued in March 2019 remain valid.
