A tourist that looking for is Igor Grishchenko, an experienced skier, he was well equipped. In Kiev, worked as a professional coach, he is also the President of the Ukrainian youth Association of extreme sports. Colleagues and friends say that recently Igor started to learn freeride is a downhill wild snowy slopes.

In the mountains Grishchenko went 6 January with a friend from Kiev Vitaly Poltorak. Due to poor visibility they were lost. Potaraka saved the day before. To keep warm and nothing to amorosity, he walked all night on skis, not knowing where, just to survive. Ate snow, slept for five minutes in the snow. In the end, miraculously, turned on the phone and reset their coordinates. He was brought by rescuers on snowmobiles.

“Poltorak a little behind, that he has not seen, and Grishchenko did not hear him. And he decided to slide down. And he went to the forest, until they came to a column of Gemba, there was a connection, he called us. And where did Grishchenko – not explained, they had no route selected”, – told the head of the mountain search and rescue unit DSNS in the Transcarpathian region Alexander Revelers.

Rescuers beg tourists these days to refrain from Hiking in the mountains, because in addition to poor visibility and strong frost in the Carpathian mountains now declared a high level of danger of avalanches.
