Russia has not yet decided whether to boycott the Eurovision song contest in 2017, but it has concerns about security during the song competition.
This statement was made by press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, transfers “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“The Kremlin doesn’t have any position on the subject of a possible boycott. It is not entirely clear whether the Eurovision song contest to boycott it. No solutions as far as we know, this question has been taken,” he said.
In addition, according to him, the Kremlin has concerns about security during the competition.
“Of course, given the venue of this competition, possible security problems and the unfriendly attitude so that a specific reason for concern is obvious,” — said Peskov.
