In Ukraine slowed GDP growth in the third quarter of 2018

Growth in real gross domestic product of Ukraine in the third quarter of 2018 in annual terms – by the third quarter of 2017 – amounted to 2.8%, against 3.8% in the same dimension in the previous quarter.
As reported on the website of the State statistics service of Ukraine with reference to operational assessments, growth from the previous quarter, given the seasonal factor of 0.4%.
According to the schedule, Ukraine’s GDP in annual terms, increasing for the eleventh consecutive quarter, however, first slowed down after accelerating for two consecutive quarters.
Earlier the national Bank has published its estimates according to which Ukraine’s GDP growth in the third quarter of 2018 slowed to 3.1% in annual terms.
As reported, the State statistics service has improved the assessment of growth in real gross domestic product of Ukraine in the second quarter of 2018 yoy to 3.8% from 3.6% according to the operative data.
The national Bank predicts Ukraine’s GDP growth in 2018 of 3.4% with an inflation rate of 10.1 percent, the government – 3.2% with an inflation rate of 9.9%.
The international monetary Fund expects economic growth of Ukraine in the current year by 3.5% when inflation is 9%, the world Bank is 3.5% with an inflation rate of 10%.
