The shooter, identified as 39-year-old Williams Owens (Williams Owens), he went inside a warehouse and fired several shots into the ceiling. He then barricaded himself in a room with two women, one of them was his ex-girlfriend. None of the hostages was not injured, however, the reasons for the seizure still installed.
