How has real estate prices in countries of the European Union in the third quarter of 2018.
The data about what were the dynamics of housing prices in the EU, announced Eurostat.
In the third quarter of 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 the average cost of houses and apartments in the EU rose by 1.5%. Overall for the year, housing prices in the EU jumped by 4.3 percent.
For the third quarter of last year, the highest growth of prices per square meter were recorded in Slovenia (+15,1%).
In the three of leaders on rates of growth in property prices was also the Netherlands (+10.2 per cent) and Ireland (+9.1 per cent).
Depreciated property only in Sweden (of-2.1%) and Italy (-0,8%).
Compared with the second quarter of 2018, the highest growth in cost per square meter was recorded in the already mentioned Netherlands (+3,3%), Malta (+3.1 percent) and Croatia (+2.8 percent).
As at the end of 2018 for the year, housing prices around the world more rapidly growing in Malta.
