According to her, it turns out that Ukraine turns to Russia, provides all personal data of the pensioner and waiting to send out pension business. All this time the people without pensions.
“Pension Fund referred to existing legislation that we have with Russia. Although it applies to citizens residing in Russia. But Crimea is Ukraine, and it is impossible to apply this legislation to our citizens-migrants. Moreover, from the Crimean people require to write a voluntary statement that they want such a request to Russia”, – said human rights activist.
Also, according to her, the Crimean children have limited opportunities to continue their education in government-controlled territory and choice of place of study.
“Documents on the Crimean education of Ukraine recognizes that deprives Crimean children to move here and continue their education or to work. When the question wanted to partially solve it, they created educational centers “Crimea-Ukraine” and “Donbass-Ukraine”, and through them the children can go to universities in government-controlled areas, but the list of such institutions is limited and geographically close to the temporarily occupied territories,” – said Skrypnyk and stressed that this does not fit all.
