Groysman promised to punish the “draconian” penalties for unscrupulous employers

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said that the authorities will punish employers who conceal their employment of workers.
About this Volodymyr Groysman said in an interview to “5 channel”.
“I believe that we need as workers to demand from our employers to draw all people to work officially. This issue needs closure,” – said the Prime Minister.
He added that the time when the employee is perceived as a slave without rights and without documents, has long passed.
“We decided to increase the minimum wage, very serious, I would say “draconian” penalties. While we do not even implemented because it’s tens and hundreds thousand, if we find unformed employee. We are fighting for the future of the person who is working tonight. He works, gets paid, he must have paid contributions to the Pension Fund, and it should be easy to look to the future”, – said Groisman.
The head of government noted that unscrupulous employers who hide employment of the person, doing it to the poor in the future, because he does not pay contributions to the pension Fund.
“We have to change. Among them are the powers of local authorities, which now have the statutory powers to monitor this and take appropriate measures to legalize” – said Groisman.
