Coconut oil is harmful as creamy, experts

Coconut oil has a negative impact on your health, like animal fat and butter. It was stated by the American heart Association.
Coconut oil contains saturated fats that can raise LDL “bad” cholesterol (lipoprotein), say experts, reports BBC Ukraine.
Lately, coconut oil is called healthy food. Some says that the fat in it can be better for people than other saturated fats.
However, the heart Association say that this is no high-quality studies.
According to the Association, 82% of fat in coconut oil is saturated. It is more than that of butter (63%), beef fat (50%) and fat (39%).
Studies show that it can increase levels of “bad” cholesterol. Which in turn can clog arteries and increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.
Specialists advised to limit consumption of saturated fats, replacing them with unsaturated vegetable oils, olive and sunflower.
“For a healthy diet for your heart health need to reduce not just the consumption of fat, namely a certain type … We recommend replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated. To use oil instead of butter and choose foods such as avocados, fatty fish, nuts and seeds instead of foods high in saturated fat – such as cakes, biscuits, chocolate and fatty meat,” – said Victoria Taylor of the British Heart Foundation.
