The supply of oil to Belarusian oil refineries through the pipeline “Odessa-Brody” will start soon in March, said in Minsk the Deputy Chairman of the Belneftekhim concern Vladimir Sizov, writes “Interfax”.
“Delivery of “Odessa-Brody” will start soon, in March. Volume – a few tankers,” said Sizov reporters on Tuesday in Minsk.
He explained that “we are working on the procurement of alternative oil through the southern route from the Ukrainian territory – used pipeline infrastructure (the pipeline “Odessa-Brody”) as the most economical, fast and reliable transport”.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the concern, it is possible to purchase both the Azerbaijani and Russian oil.
“We are working on the acquisition of resources in the Black sea. There is the possibility of acquiring resources as the production of Azerbaijani companies and resources of the manufacturer from the Russian Federation”, – said Sizov.
“The volume determined based on balances of resources at the refinery and based on the fact of delivery of oil by railway and pipeline transport from Russia,” he continued.
